Ash’s experience in health-related startups, strategy consulting, and as a physician brings a unique perspective and skill set to Sohar’s mission. He is an expert in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, and building high-performance teams to deliver impactful results in the digital health and technology space across EMEA and the US.

Lucas has served as a software engineer and CTO at early-stage companies inside and outside the health tech ecosystem. He brings deep experience leading engineering teams that harness the power of machine learning and APIs to support organizations’ existing systems and workflows and create meaningful experiences for their end users.
